The manufacture “Sanit-Plast” was found by a married couple Adam and Eulalia Filipczak in 1989 in Łódź. On rented land and halls, company came into being a plant, which dealed with production a toilet seat of poliprophylene. Three injection moulding machine had been run by ten people in those days. For following years the company had been developed, a new type of toilet seat had been made and new contracts had been signed.

Origins were hard because the company start to enter to the market and gain clients. What is more, “the problem” was great competition, mostly in shape of national factories, Sanit-Plast was however one of the first private companies. Over the ten years (since 1999) the company had introduced a toilet cistern of new generation, whose sales volume exceeded the most daring expectation of the owners, on the other hand the export exceeded 5 % of the whole sales. The plant was manufacturing 4 types of toilet seat and toilet cistern in 12 colors, was having one car transport, which delivered products to customers. The first commercial contracts had been signed inter alia with “Cersanit S.A.” and other smaller manufacturers of sanitary ceramic.

The year 1999 was a breakthrough. The decision to move the plant was made, because of lack of possibilities for development and introducing innovations, which we faced in Łódź. The new location of the company is Warmia and Mazury, Szczytno city, areas of Warmia - Mazury Special Economic Zone.
On the new areas came to being a new manufacturing plant with the modern machinery and tooling. When we had moved the company start to develop in a rapid pace, virtually each year came to being new projects. From year to year “Sanit-Plast” start to export more products. The company has became well known on domestic market and is now perceived as the company which sets quality and quantity standards in the sanitary industry.

The company is currently the biggest manufacturer of toilet seat in Poland. The production is based on 10 types of toilet seat, which are made out of polypropylene and, as the only company in Poland, out of duroplast. Many innovations, which we have been introduced, have become an innovation on the country-scale. ( for both an product and technological innovations ). Sanit-Plast cooperates with all manufacturers of sanitary ceramic in Poland, what makes our company a unique among other plants of domestic market. Fifty people work three-shift currently for the company. There are in the production hall 15 modern machines, thanks to which we can maintain the european quality.
